the thing is.Major updates you need to do on this guy:
-Fix the nostrils, so they could end up the nose, it looks like you took the picture from him smiling or something.
-Make the nose itself longer & less wide + lower the lips, you can just select the nose and the mouth parts at the same time make them closer to the chin
-Add a V line in the middle of the lips
-Fix the eyes, give him the sleepy tmac look going on.
-Wider ears.
-Up the eyebrows + make his hairline straight.
Texture wise, you can easily use this to make him look better
