Med's NBA Roster v12.1c Released

I'm going to be repacking everything from MDF 6 to 10 in a 2nd pack so everything from 11 onwards will be individual packs again. Sigh I can't explain it properly since my brain won't work. It's like this:

Main Directory Files 1 to 5 (197 MB)
Main Directory Files 6 to 10 (165 MB)
Main Directory Files 11 (10 MB) = NEW for v1.5

It looks like we're going to be updating for the long haul.

Do we need to re-download packs 1-10 or do we only need to get MDF 11(1.5) for those of us who have complete files?

if your talkin about onlinedata from 2ksports folder, sir its empty since i reinstall nba2k14 w/ Med mod yesterday

since long time i wanted to play 2k again, so ic ame here to download the roster. First of all thank you man, great job on it really like it also the gameplay is nice. Since i am a sixer i feel like some players are underrated. Covingtion really is much higher then 62, he is the only guy on our roster who knows how to play. i would think at least something like 70. Maybe Canaan could also be a bit higher (since Ish Smith is 67, i see them on the same level).
Those i are just my thoughts, you can ignore them but Covington is 100% more then 62 and his defensive stats could be a bit higher since he pick up steals quit often and rebounds on a decent level.
It seems i am hating, but i am not i love this work and changed those 2 players on my own (which i am not good at because i play the homer card and overrate them hard^^)
thanks again maybe you can consider to update those 2 players.

I agree 100%. Sometimes, Sir Covington can even be considered be the best player for the Sixers in some nights. I just never really got around to it.

I took the liberty of editing a lot of NBA players, even the stars. Kobe Bryant is now unfortunately an 82 (-7) and Dirk Nowitzki is now a 76 (-11).

Dirk is scoring 17 PPG this season (which is good, he's a scorer), but he is shooting below 35% from the 3 point area and is averaging a tiny 6 rebounds per game for a 7 footer. He also has no athletic ability (speed/quickness/vertical/strength) and has no defense. I know he's a "star" and "franchise player", but we can't deny the fact that score is all that Dirk can really do now at 36 years old.

jampasir told me in a PM that he would likely be finished with the shoes by Wednesday. No shoedata will be provided. Thus, the shoes will be exclusively compatible with this NBA roster alone.

I'll try to just remove the custom color lock on the jersey itself so it'll take the color of whatever it is your file uses. Your 2K14 looks hella like 2K15 damn.

Its been said a million times but attribute and overall ratings especially mean nothing. They are cosmetic. How does it translate to player stats and percentages is what matters. If dirk's ratings at a 76 ovr produces accurate results, then thats where he should be. There are so many ways to tinker with things, tendencies and touches are key. You can take a 99 rated player and have him be worthless if I set his tendencies a certain way. You can take a 70 rated player, and have him lead his team in scoring.

When everything is finished. I never really keep the roster and files to myself even for a brief moment. So, I want to put this in the next update (it's around 250 MB) but it's not finished yet. jampasir has been in contact now, is anybody interested in having this in the next update?

It's 8735. Since jampasir told me that his shoes will be done by Wednesday, and the Phoenix Rising jerseys and an update on the New Bloom Warriors jersey will be finished by then too. Is it okay if we release the roster by Wednesday/Thursday?

Hey man, I just want to appreciate your efforts and thank you for updating the roster even though it's 2K14. I can't play 2K15 with my computer so I'm stuck with 2K14 and it's nice to have updated roster in an older version of 2K

Overalls mean a LOT if you take into consideration that overall is driving force for CPU AI to determine starting lineups and playing time.

That's why there is a need for a balance between good overall rating + good individual attributes & tendencies.
