window mode = full screen
refresh rate = 60
antialiasing level = 4
antialiasing quality = 0
aspect ratio = off
ver sycn = on
texture detail = medium
player detail = high
crowd detail = medium
special effects = off
shader detail = high

second step:

when your playing at (my career or in my league) try to exit the game and save;
and then try these setting:

display resolution = 1280x960
window mode = full screen
refresh rate = 60
antialiasing level = 4
antialiasing quality = 0
aspect ratio = off
ver sycn = on
texture detail = high
player detail = high
crowd detail = medium
special effects = on
shader detail = high

and then back to the game save..(my career and my league)
