I just wanted to guage how many people are making use of steam music during 2K.. A lot of ppl(including me) dislike the Pharell playlist so I think steam music is a really good alternative.. You can choose your own playlist from your own music before you start the game and you can change and select tracks from your playlist while in game.
What I do is lower the menu music and park music to 0 and start my steam music on like 40% volume and it works fantastic. I can here the game and my music. I pause it during gameplay though.
There is also an option to have the music pause during start up of a game and during voice chat which is really cool.. I think this is a great feature in Steam but as I said I just want to see if others are using it..

You go to settings then the music tab and add in the locations of your music library, after you've done that all you have to do is press shift tab and click music at the very bottom.

There is absolutly no reason to use this feature. Winamp is better in pretty much every way.

Yeah what he said.. Only problem I have with steam music is that there is no option to shuffle all songs..
