For crash problem, simply don't use Tha King logos.
Unfortunately these logos have a little bug and cause crash.
Tested in all play modes, no more crash.
No problem for file roster.

Alby, do you have any thoughts on what could be causing the slow calendar and stuttering around mid court? I don't have anything installed except your roster and the CFs. Do you think it's an animation problem? I"m see weird animation issues even during The Draft, Adam Silver's head when he turns it sometimes goes blurry. I'm see weird animations during rebounding animations and when players collide and set screens. Thoughts?

i have a problem with rookies, specifically those who have been drafted recently they don't have cyberfaces. i already downloaded new players 2014 and missing players pack 3.
rookies portraits are also messed up with UBR 20 legend players.
i don't think i can run alby's roster .

This patch for NBA 2K14 updates the portrait images (head shots) for all the players. It fixes all the incorrect photos in the game and adds to those who doesn't have one.
Filename: portrait.cdf and portrait.iff
Compatible ONLY with Alby's RR 5.1 !!!

How to install NBA 2K14 Players Portraits Update
1. First, backup your original files.
2. Download the patch and extract it.
3. Copy the two portrait files to NBA 2K14 game folder.
Windows 32bit - C:\Program Files\2K Sports\NBA 2K14
Windows 64bit- C:\Program Files (x86)\2K Sports\NBA 2K14
4. Replace the existing files.

Dunno 'bout you guys but I'm not experiencing any lags or crashes in my setup. Like I said, clean install works perfectly. 20th game in the season, simulated only 4 games and it doesn't lag even a single bit or crash.

I can't figure it out. I did a clean install, loaded the CFs, and the roster, right back to lagging in the menu.

I did however get rid of Alby's SweetFX and moved to a different package, and I'm not getting the stuttering at half court in game anymore, and not more glitchy collisions or rebound animations.

I just use the CFs that are linked in Alby's stuff and a few others like NCAA, King Mellow draft classes. No nothing HD. I don't have anything in my game except the roster files and CFs so the calendar lag has to be related somehow. How I don't know.
