Any Hex Editor?

I am a player of nba live 2005 At present, no one is doing any patch and I would like to learn. I want to portrait, but can not find any hex editor, I ask them for help.
I would like to do the portrait of J.Parker, Wiqgins, Exum ... and update the roster. I would like someone might do Pelicans and Hornets courts, since I do not do them.
