As with last year, you're allowed to get creative if you can't find pictures of certain players or no players wore the jersey number that matches the number of days left. That means you can use up to two pictures of players to add up to the day (eg Scott Pollard's #66 plus LeBron James' #6 = #72 for 72 days left), but only if there are no real jersey numbers available, or they've all been posted already.
Some other ideas include:
- A single photo where the jersey numbers of all players pictured adds up to the number of days remaining.
- The jersey numbers of two players standing side by side in a photo creating the appropriate number (ie LeBron James standing next to Dwyane Wade, the #6 and #3 side-by-side standing in for #63)
- A screenshot of a player in a basketball video game, displaying the appropriate jersey number.
OFFICIAL COUNTDOWN:

This is the countdown we're going by. Note that this year, we're doing it properly. For example, if there is 64 days, X minutes and X seconds remaining in the countdown, that's 65 days remaining. It won't be 64 days remaining until we're down to 63 days, 59 minutes and 59 seconds.
