HELP with created player!??!

Ok , i created my player name Tyler Joynt(me), and i gave him the following "gear":
-head band-Automatic color
-sleeve right-white
-band left-auto
then i save the roster and close, and open DB Commander, open that players.dbf file, change ISCREATED to false, and PLAYERPKG to TYJOYNT and close. i add a bsho.fsh to it, and use Todd McCollouh(which looks nothing like me, but is white) as my cyberface, and named it tyjoynt.fsh.
all this works, but when i try to put a hdbnd.fsh, and open the player in Live 2003, it crashes. if i take out the hdbnd.fsh file it works, and he has a headband, but not the one i want, HELP!
