Well, with the NCAA season having come and gone (don't worry, March Madness is still alive and well), I've decided to scratch an itch that will help me further enjoy NBA 2K14, despite being bored to tears by playing as close to a Simulation version of the 2013-2014 season. So, what I did was, create 6-man rosters for some Classic Teams (6-man being the minimum 2K will allow without crashing) for some good old fashioned, NBA JAM style Arcade play! I created some over-exaggerated, yet still reasonably accurate Home & Away uniforms for each team (warm-up for the 1 bench player one each team are compliments of ThaKing, Pepis21, and iamlillard). The incomparable JaoSming has created a Blackout Arena for the games to be played in, as well as a black-wood template court that will eventually be team-specific. I pulled cyberfaces from the Ultimate Base Roster (and kept all CFIDs the same, so these cyberfaces will NOT interfere with the UBR) thanks to HAWK and the UBR CF creation crew. I jazzed up the Sliders, turned of Fouls, out of bounds, and just about everything else (this is all still a work in progress, of course). And what I've got right now is, for me at least, something that is a TON of FUN.

There's a near limitless possibility for teams that can be added, and I have intentions of adding a ton more. But I'm looking to gauge feedback, and see if anyone is interested in helping out with things like making the team-specific courts off of Jao's court template (right now there's a huge NLSC logo for all teams at center court), and things like that.

Anyway, please provide any and all feedback. I still need to add and tweak some Signature Skills. You'll notice all ratings are rounded to the nearest 10, in true Arcade fashion. Hopefully you guys have as much fun with this as I have testing it out...

'02-'03 New Jersey Nets (Jason Kidd/Kerry Kittles/Richard Jefferson/Kenyon Martin/Dikembe Mutombo/Brian Scalabrine(!)) added. Trying to think of good, fun teams to play with to add next. I was real disappointed that Alonzo Mourning, Larry Johnson, and Glen Rice never suited up all at the same time for the Hornets. Trying to look for good, fun groups that would be fun for an Arcade-style game.

Awesome stuff! I've toyed around with the idea of doing an NBA Jam-style mod for 2K for the past couple of years, but never been able to get around to doing anything with the idea. My concept was going to be the starting five for each current NBA team, with three historical players on the bench for anyone who wanted to power up their team with MJ, Magic, Bird and so on.

Also, for some reason I can no longer save this roster in-game. I know it's got to be something I did, since I could previously save in-game (this is how I did shoe editing) and now I cannot, and it crashes to desktop. There are no crashes during games, that I've experienced, but if anyone can give me a heads up on what I may have done, would appreciate it.
