Help me. MY PLAYER

Hi.
I want to ask how to fix MY PLAYER.
i successfully download all the parts ( 5 parts ) and the part 5 is for save folder.
When i load the roster, DATABASEROSTER v61 the latest roster here at 2k12 i cant use MY PLAYER. its blank, cant click.
but when i load other roster like the old one MY PLAYER is working.
can you help fix this error ?
