REQUEST: can someone with NBA LIve 14 record a practice mode session?

I want to import Sound Effects from Live 14 into 2K14 PC...can somebody please help me?
I need those type of sounds:
- bounce ball
- rim ball contact
- rim hands (dunk contacts)
- net swishes

I did extract two sounds from NBA Live 14 clip:

rim ball sfx
dunk rim sfx

unfortunately without a crystal clear audio clip is not easy

Hmm... Well all the ASF tools are not compatible with ABK files, as far as I know.

Going off of JaoSming's suggestion, I recorded a 7min. practice mode session with Melo in NBA Live 2005.

Can I suggest that you make the 'swish' sound effects a tad louder? In NBA broadcasts, they have a mic by the rim which intensifies sound.
