Convert jersey from 2k11 to 2k12

Hi guys, can someone knew how to fully convert jersey from 2k11 to 2k12 correctly and what tool do i need?

you export the textures from a 2K11 iff file and import those textures into a 2K12 iff file. You need to find a uniform that already has the number positions you need. The 3DM tool will allow you to transfer numbers, 2Kx tool may work better. Tutorials are available in the 2K12 tutorials section or in the link of my signature.
