and how about a gameplay port?
Port from previous game versions

For PES i have ported
PES5 http://www.pes-patch.com/2012/11/gamepl ... esa24.html
PES6 http://www.pes-patch.com/2013/05/pes201 ... esa24.html
ISS http://www.pes-patch.com/2013/02/gamepl ... esa24.html

It takes time but what do you think about porting 2K11 gameplay to 2K14?

Please do something about micro stuttering of players and players going through each other, controls are out of sync too..there is a lot of mess my friend. But I think its better to make your 2k13 gameplay with these 2k14 graphics and animations, that would be great :D

Controls out of sync? Micro-stuttering? Nope, I haven't experienced any of that. The game play in 2K14 is in my opinion quite a bit better than it was in 2K13. So it would be rather silly to use last years game play for this years game...

PC version is DOCUMENTED TO BE FULL OF THESE GLITCHES, please google it a bit more, players are even sometimes going through each other, pro stick controls on some times get the right and left analog stick switched so you get turnovers for firing a full court shot all of a sudden. Not to mention there is no alley up or flashy pass option for isomotion/shot control system.

It's better, definitely better. I like the game. BUT...

The Ball awareness is too slow, in a loose ball or tipped pass situation both CPU AI, teammate AI, and the player you're controlling have this annoying lag before they dive or pick up the ball.
Dunks and layups are way too slow, way too slow. An easy one handed no flashy fastbreak dunk should not be getting blocked aprox. 6/7 out of 10 times.

And also, I dunno if everyone noticed this because I haven't seen it posted anywhere but... The bumping and sliding into position from 2k12 is back, not in such proportions but it's there. Try to run past a defender that you have beaten and it's out of positioning and bam! they slide in front of you.

And last but not least, what's that blocking with everything thing thats going on? You make your layup animation and the ball hits the chest, the head, of the other player, slips out of your hand and says "blocked"

Of course the game is great, it has some moments of very good gameplay, but it also has this little annoying things. And if you are making a gameplay mod, maybe you could to something about it to see if it improves or not.
This would be my suggestions. I hope Im not offending anybody.

Please, before spouting off, learn how to comprehensively read. I never said that those issues aren't there, I clearly said that I haven't experienced those issues. After which I continue on to say that in my opinion the game play in NBA 2K14 is much better than it was in NBA 2K13, so adding the game play of last years game wouldn't be a good idea. Perhaps parts of it, if that's at all possible since the game play in this years game does have some issues.

Do you understand now? Good.

Nesa24 is trying to help the community, not a particular member. What value has your flawless nba 2k14 experience if everybody else is hit with glitches? I never said 2k13 gameplay was much better than 2k14s but nesa24's 2k13 gameplay was better and that one should be implemented in 2k14 if possible. I don't think its possible to fix all of the broken stuff in 2k14 this year, developers had put all of their efforts in next gen version, at least 2k13 can be played without problems and its a fun game especially with nesa24's patch.

I'll say it again; Comprehensive reading, LEARN IT! I merely stated that I haven't run into any issues, that is all. And I am BY FAR not the only one not experiencing any of the glitches you mentioned. When I look around the internet, a lot of reports about those glitches are on sites where people haven't exactly bought the game. Now before you read what you want to read and jump to conclusions, I'm not saying that you're one of them, it's just an observation.

Yes, I know you said nesa24's 2K13 game play was better compared to 2K14, that's what I responded to and I absolutely do not agree with that statement. In my humble opinion 2K14 has a much improved game play over 2K13 so I think the 2K13 game play should stay there, in 2K13.

Ladies, if you wish to continue pissing, do it somewhere else. Next one of you who doesn't drop this or take it to PMs will not be happy... You don't get to derail threads so that you can get the last word. Cut it out.

Fjswish hit it on the head, the awareness for loose balls (which includes rebounding) is an issue. This seems to be more noticeable with your ai controlled teammates. So that's definitely an area to look into.

I'm not in the business of letting someone twist things I say and then having that same someone attack me for it. I should've just let it be, and let you moderators take care of it. I was hoping to provide some feedback on my experience with 2K14 game play vs 2K13 since I absolutely loved his mod last year. Anyways, nesa24, my apologies for hijacking your thread with this bogus.

nesa24, I hope you can release a simple version first, maybe just including the function of changing the size of jerseys.

There is an issue with the AI thinking that the initial entry pass to the high post on Horns plays is too dangerous and they won't make it. Ever. This happens 100% of the time. If you could fix this, it would help out a lot. I have been working with a few other guys on Operation Sports to determine which plays work and which plays don't. This is a pretty big issue since nearly every team (if not every team) runs the Horns set.

Hey, nesa24! Great to see you back to 2K14, will you make a tool to influence the graphic of 2k14 ? Like editing the skin color of players or editing the movement of jerseys?

Re: [GamePlayTool] F1X4R - under development

Tue Oct 22, 2013 12:10 am

Please also dont forget about the tight jerseys just like what you did on 2k13 :D

no idea if you could find it, but disabling the orange tint on the players in blacktop mode would be amazing

That's a great news! Thank you so much!
Another suggestion on edit skin color, how about design a scroll bar which one side makes skin more red just like next-gen, and on the other side makes skin more darker?

I hope you could improve the ball handling, maybe. In My Career, I always turn the ball over three to five times in a game because of losing the ball while dribbling/shooting. (I play PG). thanks and good luck. :D
