My Main Gripes

Even though I create tweaked roster to eliminate unrealistic play the game still has many faults, Lets outline them.

1. Offense
-There are many things wrong with this, the most obvious being that players shoot too good to begin with.
-Another is that players (CPU) always have the same shot release, can't miss if you always have a perfect release.
-Shots are not affected by a blockers hands in your face, unless the shot is blocked.
-Players (CPU) take short jumpshots inside, they should be taking hooks and other availabe post shots because a jumpshot 2 feet from the basket is a bad idea.
-Layups seem to go in a lot in traffic when they should be missing with 3 guys swatting for the shot.
-The stepback or ANY open shot is 95% good (CPU)
-Players (CPU) take stupid 3s when players are right on them and whats worse is when you don't get a block for the 8th time the ball goes in like 90%.
-Passes are way too fast and always bullet, this makes the basic NBA lob over a crowd passes a impossibe task in live. Also if you don't use directional passing you want to get it stolen. When player A has a ball infront of player B and you press back and pass ball does not go towards player B it goes to player C in the corner where it is stolen by a defender with eyes on his back.
-Freestyle and running, a player A can be "running" with a defender B right infront stopping his movement and the players A legs moving in place. Player A should have to pick up his dribble or lose the ball. Also freestyle seems to be a synonym for take the ball with one player and dunk it.
-CPU offense, the only shots they take are ,unless left open or the shotclock is running low, post shots or 3s. There are no 16ft jumpshots off screens. The midrange game is nonexistant.
-CPU does not put in "Stars" with 5 fouls even with the game on the line late in the 4th.

2. Defense
-The obvious is that non analog players don't have all defensive moves availabe, this is just inexcusable.
-Steals, players steal all kinds of passes without ever seeing the ball and 80MPH passes are picked off without boggle or deflection with the backs of the hands of every player, this is somewhat fixable but then reach in steals are impossble.
-Blocks, 35 a game is not a reprensation of the NBA.
-Rebounds, on offense the CPU does not jump fore them and only gets about 3 a game, where the human jumps he can get 20 (if he misses that many shots.
-When a player starts to freestyle it is only a matter of time before a dunk is executed.
-Players (CPU) seem to pick the worst time to go for a steal, ex. when a players back is facing them 2 feet from the basket, the offensive player always gets a clear path to the hoop.
-CPU ALWAYS doubles ANYONE that tries to post up, so a 3rd string C vs Shaq gets doubled, which should not happen.
-CPU does not foul in the last minute of the game when trailing by a few points, WHY??????

I think that's it for now.
