ok guys because urb project is becomming bigger and bigger i rechecked all zip packs, to be sure to not duplicate files wheres no need of duplicating. Part 1 and Part 2 will be the same so if you already download part 1 an 2 there will be no need to redownloading. Part 3 and part 4 will be last time updated so you will have to download part 3 and 4 again. I must add another pack, so there will be part 5. So remember when i will release V7 with updated 1993 and 2000 u will have to redownload part 3, 4, 5.

edit: right now people with spurs jersey issue please redownload part 3 and inform me is spurs jersey looks ok.

When CPU's bigs takes open 3s and long mid-range jumpers, is it a roster problem or sliders/settings?
I use yours settings v2, and I played 2006 roster vs Rockets. Yao Ming took three 3s and 4 long mid-range jumpshots during the game (most of them end up air balls). And non of them in the last seconds. Sometimes it looks like CPU runs a play where Yao gets open on a 3pt line or somewhere near of it

I think that should be a player tendencies problem, though I'm not quite sure. Oh and mad props to skoadam for this wonderful project.

from 2006 until 2011 rosters are based on one of the first URB(all of this rosters are made in two months after 2k13 premiere) which are without Slimms formula of tendencies. But i think Yao is only one center in those rosters with this issue,maybe two more. I will try to fix it, after i finish 97/98 roster. I would like to update all rosters with slimms formula but it need time which i dont have much.

regarding jerseys and collars, they are mostly ok, except that few of them still have wrong style collar, but they look that same way in iamlillard's previews. that is maybe his error, not yours. those teams are:

- bucks: they should have normal v-neck collar;

- nets: should have normal rounded collar;

- warriors: should have normal v-neck collar (now they have something in between).

but hey, i guess some things cannot be perfect, right ?

another issue not fixed is already reported earlier by one user - kobe bryant in 2000 mod has black dots on his both arms.

anyway, is there any chance that we could see dornas included for retro rosters in future releases? it looks kinda awkward too see retro teams playing with 2013 dornas .

I can use retromans dornas, but it causes crashes, dont know why, i must contact with him.
Ok so, bucks jersey cannot have normal V neck collar because it looks bad, like in previous version of 2000 roster
nets i will fix it
warriors same problem like iin bucks jerseys.
maybe if i find warriors and bucks jersey without collar issue...

i didn't mention becuase they look the same in iamlillard's thread too. maybe you can't fix nets either, if you will get bad result like with bucks and nets. my guess is he made them that way. we can live with that.

and please check that kobe bryant issue with black dots on his arms (2000 mod).

i made silent update for 2000 roster with fixed collars, so u can re-download
Nets, round collar
Bucks , changed from round, must be parabola collar, V look bad
Warriors, no fix, must be parabola collar, V look bad

I think there's a problem on the DL link of the part 1 URB 2014, I download it in chrome , but the size is just 0 bytes , then I redownload it using IDM but it stock half way...

and then I tried downloading it in other PC's but same results..

Update news for 97/98:

-323 players with non accurate age and years pro- fixed
-47 players with non accurate shooting hand- fixed

my eyes burns right now....haha

But after last 4 days of pure editing i still cant release 97/98 roster because of very non accurate ratings. But another things to fix are tendencies and sigs shots.
