I know people with general anxiety disorder & they aren't as airheaded as him. He seems to just be using it as something to take a stand for. Too much of a victim, there are meds out there that can help but I read he feels less energetic after taking xanax or something.

The people around him are probably doing a bad job of advising him too. Too much J.R. Smith in him to succeed I think.
