It all comes down to this. Make your pick, give your thoughts.

I'm just glad the final playoff thread and poll are back to their manly decency again instead of what we had when the playoffs started. Better late than never.

Heat in 7
Well, so far so good, all my guess goes the opposite up to now
Tue Jun 04, 2013 2:02 pm
Heat in 6

THIS
plus i voted Joey Crawford. He will strike down the hopes and dreams of Tim Duncan and will again challenge him to a fight
in all seriousness, the Heat will win. They are just that damn good.
Tue Jun 04, 2013 5:19 pm
Spurs in 5 taking one game at Miami and getting all games at the AT&T Center. Unless Joey Crawford intervenes.

It all depends on how Duncan and Parker can be stopped by the Heat. If you double TD he will find someone in the corner, if you have to help on Parker's drive he will find someone in the corner. TD has found his spot on the left free throw line where he can hit mid range shots very well, so there's enough room for TP's drives.
Leonard will try his best against LBJ but I doubt he will really be able to shut him down in a way, no one can. But then, with Bosh and Wade heavily struggling, I don't know if LBJ is enough against a clever defending Spurs team.
Somehow I feel it's LeBron vs the Spurs and I doubt he can do this alone. Andersen, Allen, Chalmers, they will all have a tough time against such a solid Spurs squad.
So it's LeBron vs SAS --> Spurs in 6
Tue Jun 04, 2013 6:11 pm
Picking Manu's bald spot over LBJ's hairline any day of the week.
Spurs in 5. Just want to see T-Mac finally getting his first ring.
Tue Jun 04, 2013 6:21 pm
T-Mac should of been an option, he alone will lead the Spurs to a win...
Tue Jun 04, 2013 7:01 pm
I was tempted to vote for Crawford but picked Spurs in 6 instead. As hova- already mentioned, Spurs are the more balanced team. If they can avoid major injuries they'll beat the Heat.
Tue Jun 04, 2013 7:13 pm
In many respects, this is the best possible matchup we could have had. Maybe teams will try and copy the Spurs offense.
lol i kno rite

^ Ass.

Just because ur hero Kobe can't understand or handle a tweaked Seven Seconds or Less while everyone on the Spurs seems to get it isn't my problem.
Tue Jun 04, 2013 8:28 pm
Spurs in 6!
Tue Jun 04, 2013 8:32 pm
Series is already over. No need to play to distinguish winner and loser but formally speaking I will say Heat in 2.
Tue Jun 04, 2013 9:09 pm
It seems crazy to pick against the Heat considering how dominant they've been over the past 50 games or so, but I'm going to do it anyway. The Spurs are in good shape, well rested, well coached and have had plenty of time to prepare for whoever was coming out of the East. Seeing how the Pacers came pretty close to knocking off the Heat without the luxury of homecourt advantage, I think the Spurs can do it. I do think they're going to have to do it at home, so I'm picking them in five, though if the series does end up back in Miami all bets are off. Still, there's my pick: Spurs in five very, very competitive games.
Tue Jun 04, 2013 9:38 pm
1999:Spurs in 5
2003:Spurs in 6
2005:Spurs in 7
2007:Spurs in 4
2013:Spurs(reset)in 5 with Coach Pop being ejected in one of those games.

Going with flops, I feel this accurately describes my lack of interest in this year's finals.
C'mon T-Mac!
Tue Jun 04, 2013 10:32 pm
I went heat in 7. Every time people have started to write them off this year (Sportscenter was all but saying the big 3 is dead in the middle of the Pacers series), they come out and show they still have it under control. I haven't had a ton of chances to see these games but it seems Lebron has finally developed that "killer" instinct he didnt used to have. If he gets any support at all, I think the Heat pull it out.
Tue Jun 04, 2013 10:35 pm
heat in 6.
Tue Jun 04, 2013 11:17 pm
Aw damn! I was hoping to make this one with a Joel Anthony for Finals MVP option.
Anyway, Heat in 5. Haters get fucked for life.

If Heat will win it in 5 I'll have a Heat signiture during the course of next season. That won't happen!

Other teams' fans be like "GO SPURS GO!!"

The Heat are still the favorites to win this one. Don't let the poll, the bandwagon effect and the I-have-an-agenda (ex. Kobe fantard) effect fool you.
