It was Trey Burke, Ben McLemore, then everyone else got a few votes. I think most people were in favor of scrapping the traditional 3 player approach and instead having one player from like all sweet 16 teams or something like that - a little more creative and different. Basically as many players as possible on the title screen. Somebody else suggested mascots, which would be pretty cool as well

@johnbuckeyefan you can't change the jay-z thing sorry but jaosming made a video about that. but you can change the background and the players on the front cause its just textures.

Awesome! I am going to check out some videos of court making and see if I can help. Summer coming up, I am free of college for now. It looks very complicated though! LOL.

Yankeesfanmax, if you own NBA in steam, hitting F12 creates a screenshot that will appear once you close the game. If not, you can download Fraps and set a button for screenshots. I use fraps due to the ENB I use, steam only takes pictures of how it looks plain even if the ENB is active.

Alright jersey makers, after some experimenting, it looks like the number and letter location is definitely controlled by the base file, not the teamxxx.iff file. This isn't incredibly important now, but unfortunately we are going to have a lot of work to do when we want to have jerseys with names on the back. The current jersey base files we are using have no warmup texture and letters will not show up. All of the current NCAA jerseys are using the same base file, which is why no matter what team.iff you use, some numbers just won't seem to work. Basically, we are going to have to export every jersey texture and import them into NBA files that have letters and numbers where we would want them. Not incredibly important for the first release, but it is an issue going forward.

to follow up my previous post, from now on when you make a new jersey, use an existing NBA jersey as your base and make sure it will work as a suitable base file, this will save us a lot of time in the future

EDIT: unless you are making a jersey for a team that does not use names (ie Indiana, in which it doesn't really matter)

Yea, I was going to say I've seen people do this before.

TheBleedingRed21, if you get the chance if you can send me ThaKing's Raptor jersey I linked in PSD format, as well as the warm-up, I would really appreciate it. I want to do some experimenting. Also, you should look into doing some of the other alternate jerseys from the past few years, such as the Nike Hyper Elites, which have been done both in team colors, as well as in Platinum gray. I know some other people have said they are going to work on them, but it can't hurt to give it a try as well. There's also the funky adidas uniforms, too, but getting that shorts texture could prove to be very difficult (unless you can get AmaroWaade to send his to you -- john, did he ever send you the faces and uniforms?)

John, for the Global, I strongly recommend using Lagoa V4.1 as a base. This was where he thinned out the shoulders considerably, and replicates a NCAA body type much more. You may want to use the legs from V3 -- I don't remember if the V4.1 ones were too chunky again, but I do know the V3 ones were good. This also has a good starting texture for the Ankle Wraps as Socks, etc. At the very least, these are the body shapes we should use, along with the Ankle Wraps as a base (if someone could send me that file from Lagoa V4.1 in a PSD I would love to try and make them the Nike Elite socks), etc. -- We can edit the Rose accessories/Long Socks to be something else as well.
