MyCareer Offseason Progression

So I'm using URB 5.7 and I noticed that there wasn't any changes to any player ratings after a 2 seasons in my career. Every one has the same ratings the day I started my career. It's not just my team either, NO ONE is developing or regressing.

So is this a PC version related bug, whether or not i use custom rosters or vanilla rosters? Or is this a glitch from using custom rosters? Or possibly something else entirely?

Any help will be appreciated.

I've noticed plenty of player progression between seasons in MyCAREER, so I'd suggest it's either roster related or simply an unusual occurrence.

im in my thrid year and i see lots of progressions. For example kg overall fell to a 77 and derrick willams is now an 80.
