Convert graphics file from NBA 2k11 to NBA 2k13

Hi guys.

I ask one question.
Is the graphics files from NBA 2k12 will work on NBA 2k13 ?? The most important for me is cyber faces and portrait files ??

What I have to do to work ??

export the textures with 3dm and headshape with mod tool, then open a 2k13 cyberface file with 3dm and import texture and headshape
