NBA Live 06 Team Selection Screen Corrupted

Something happened to my screen for the Team Selection.
When I clicked Play Game , it suddenly started to crash.
I have no idea what happened.
Either that , I lost a file of the team selection screen.
If anyone could find the file , please send it me a link to the download.

You can get the original file from your disc or if it was a patch then you can download it.
