You're doing it again. Stating things as fact that are not, in fact, facts.ChrisCP3Paul wrote:Great offense beats great defense, this is fact...
ChrisCP3Paul wrote:^ guy are you for real ? like for really real or just have no idea how the game of basketball works ?
if you're so desperate to find any mistakes in any of the things ive written, go read through my posts again maybe you can find something.
But this offense defense thing, this one thing that's common knowledge even among casual nba fans all the way to the professionals themselves, this one thing is not it....
great offense beats any defense, EVERYBODY (except you apparently) knows that....
nobody stops Kobe, nobody stops Lebron, nobody stops Durant, nobody stops Melo.....etc.... best they could hope for is slow them down......
I mean I would have thought this was just plain old common sense... speaking of, do you lack it ?
ChrisCP3Paul wrote:^ no I'm really curious about this guy, I mean it's not a complicated thing to understand... I know a guy with 4000+ posts probably won't like being manhandled by a dude with 30 posts, but it is what it is...
like for real, who runs the league, who wins championships, the Kobe Bean Bryants or the Tony Allen's of the world ?
And I thought given the context of my comment with sig skills, he would have known that I was talking about individual players going 1 on 1, wasnt talking about team defense and offenses.....
and even when you wanna talk team defenses, I'll tell you one thing, the last team that was consistently beating other teams based on their rugged team defense, were the Bad Boy Pistons of the late 1990's... they did it with brutal physicality because it was allowed back then.... but rules have drastically changed in recent years pampered and catering to offensive players, handcheck's are gone, half circle charge zone added underneath the hoop, etc..... now more than ever, even a decent scorer will usually get the best of an excellent defender.....
I have a feeling Bighort is hearing this stuff for the first time from me though from the looks of it

I played with OKC and I led 20+ points versus SAS. Any advice on getting the CPU much harder and competitive?![]()
But nice Roster anyway. Great Job!
