Will this overwrite any previously installed globals or will I need to try to figure out which files I've already installed and remove them?

no globals overwritten. just remove the files from your other enb.

and how do I identify those? or do I just overwrite them?

GOOD NEWS I HOPE!! I WILL BE WORKING ON A VERSION 2...as a matter of fact I already have started. Should be out by this weekend. Previews coming.
