2013 Trade Deadline of Blockbuster after Blockbuster

the Hawks made a smaller trade, sending shooting guard Anthony Morrow to the Dallas Mavericks for veteran Dahntay Jones.

The Milwaukee Bucks and Orlando Magic have agreed to a trade that will send J.J. Redick, Gustavo Ayon and Ish Smith to the Bucks in return for Tobias Harris, Beno Udrih and Doron Lamb, league sources told ESPN.com's Chad Ford.

The Boston Celtics acquired third-year guard Jordan Crawford from the Washington Wizards for guard Leandro Barbosa and center Jason Collins on Thursday.

the Oklahoma City Thunder made a move to shore up their bench by acquiring Ronnie Brewer from the New York Knicks for a second-round pick, sources told ESPN.com.

Earlier Thursday, the Thunder had sent point guard Eric Maynor to the Portland Trail Blazers for a $2.2 million trade exception.

The Phoenix Suns have traded backup point guard Sebastian Telfair to the Toronto Raptors for center Hamed Haddadi and a second-round pick, league sources told ESPN The Magazine's Chris Broussard.

The Charlotte Bobcats have acquired Josh McRoberts from the Orlando Magic for Hakim Warrick, a person familiar with the situation says.

The Heat sent raw center Dexter Pittman and their 2013 second-round draft pick to the Grizzlies for the rights to center Ricky Sanchez, who is currently playing in Argentina.

Wow, the most talked about player who was dealt for JJ Redick? Was really hoping for some blockbuster with J-Smoove going to the Bucks.

The Celtics got Crawford for free, that should be a good addition.

The Thunder are winners here. Maynor was getting a lot of flack because he significantly regressed because of the injury and on top of that he was starting to cause trouble. To get a trade exception and Ronnie Brewer for a potentially washed up player with a 'tude and a garbage pick was really good! (Y)

Solid moves by the Mavericks, Bucks and Thunder. Pretty decent move by the Celtics too; I'd say those four teams deserve the best grades coming out of this relatively uneventful trade deadline.

Knicks used the roster space from the Brewer trade:
The New York Knicks have agreed in principle with free-agent big man Kenyon Martin on a 10-day contract, general manager Glen Grunwald announced Thursday.

I was really exciting for this tradeline. But at 1PM ET, I decided to take a nap and I wake up at 4PM. So, I declare myself a winner in this trade deadline.

Its good to have hope. :)

I'm glad Crawford gets the chance to play with a decent team. The Wizards don't deserve him. When John Wall was out he performed well enough to take away his starting spot. They did not only not let him continue to start but they completely turned their back on him the second Wall came back.

No more championship for Miami. SMH

Pittman could be a steal for Memphis. He fits the grit and grind style perfectly. If he shows his skills and good defense in practice, then he'll definitely see some minutes behind Marc.

That might be a little too optimistic.

Yeah I know and I think the front office values the second round pick more than the player.

As a Heat fan I can say, Pittman sucks.

Honestly there was no room for him to develop on the Heat. I can see him getting better on a team like the Grizzlies or at least contributing in some way.

That's just not true. He shot horrendous 35% from the floor in 12 games he started and the moment Wall returned to the team, the 5-28 team turned into .500 team (10-9 since coming back).

I hope to see Pittman cracking the rotation with his new team. Hoping he gets a fair shot at it at least. For right now, he seems like a third big off the bench just behind Arthur and Ed.
