297.0 lbs

I've been under the weather the past few days, and once I started running tonight it all came back. Really really shitty attempt (I did kinda make a one hander tonight) but I still wanted to upload something. Srygyzlvu.

Yeah, you didn't look particularly healthy on that one. Kudos for giving it a shot and continuing the series despite being under the weather, though.

the people I play with each week enjoyed it though. Me being even more sluggish prompted them to attack me at any chance. So not only was I not feeling great, but they were running into me a lot more :miserable:

All good though, I'll get them back next week. I'm, just glad we played a big game of horse after 1 game instead of a second one.

I've got one for you. Try a two hand tomahawk. The one where they bring it back behind their head. I wouldn't ask you to completely touch the back of your neck with the ball, but bring it back and see if you can get a nice power flush.

I'd like to see that. (Y)

Aside from the couple of weeks where you were indulging a little and under the weather, I've noticed your weight continues to steadily drop. You must be starting to feel better for it, day-to-day, a little fitter?

eh, we'll have to see. from the high speed it still looks like I am using every thing I can get get over the rim, dont want to fuck with the momentum, but that doesnt mean I cant try

as for the weight, not exactly. I know I'm slimmer due to pants not fitting, and the baggyessness of shirts, but I really dont feel much different. Also, I am weight rebounding pretty bad (296 this morning, I know weighing everyday is bad, but if I didnt I wouldnt notice this trend) so its consistent but not.

I DO feel it in jumping and moving on the court though. Thanks to that stationary bike my legs are doing much much better.

Feeling it in your clothes is a good indicator, so you're obviously starting to get the results you want. Weighing yourself every day is definitely a bad habit; once a week, on the same day each week, is a better way to measure it. In any event good stuff, keep it up man. :)

Add it to the list and cross that shit off. I stupidly did a lot of dunking without the camera running. Some good 2 handers were put down, and a one hander that didn't have me stop all momentum under the hoop and jump straight up. Added some dunks accordingly.

High speed extras, shirtless again but a lot less jiggle than last time :) Also tried some POV stuff, gotta work on keeping the camera pointed up.

Nice job getting the backboard tap dunk done.

I didn't care for POV when Jeremy Evans did it in the dunk contest, but it was kind of fun to see here. Still not giving it a 50, though. :scold:

Yea, I forgot my list of new dunks to attempt....so I went back to the backboard one that really needs to wait until I can do 2 handers consistently (none tonight). And there is a good reason none went down tonight, tweaked my left knee this morning, possibly dislocated my elbow last night (it felt like the ligament pain I had in my knee when I tore stuff), aggravated that on a rebound, and finally, got a nasty cut under my left eye when one of the guys followed through with their passing motion.

Yet, I still did this stupid stuff....I'm going to hurt so bad tomorrow/once the Tylenol wears off...

But still, this probably is my best high speed video yet, a good POV, a hook shot, twister dunk, and some rim hanging.

That was a fun high speed mix. Did the POV dunk go down? It rattled around a bit, so was wondering if it did pop out.

No fFf this week boys. Gym is being used for town meetings today so no basketball. I actually got sent a message about it on Facebook on Sunday, but it was thrown in that mysterious "other" messages folder. Probably for the best though, right hammy is acting up and my left knee still hurts from last week. Elbows could use the rest as well.....freakin' falling apart.

So, had a long talk with my sister during my visit to my parents about my knees. She's in school for physical therapy and through some basic lunges and stuff she exposed my terribly weak knees. Like....really weak. So I got some exercises which are going to be the main focus for the time being until my knees get stronger. I'm chancing injury by continuing to play (high school season is over, so yay actual competition!) but I really don't want to lose this once-a-week get-together. It's keeping me sane...

...anyway, threw in my two 2-hander makes in the extras video and a fun shirt-over-the-head dunk.
