Here is what I wrote in nbata`s draft post, I thinks you should lower the potentials in your roster too. hope this can help.

Great effort. But I think players` rating and potential are way too high that there will be too many 90+s in a few years using your draft, as potential also grows each year. Would you please considering lowering the ratings and potentials and deleting some signature skills in your draft? Here is a quote from another draft maker.

For people who want to make fictional classes, here's some rules of thumb that i would encourage people to follow:
- I know it's tempting but try not to make prospects over 75 ovr, unless you're talking about a once-in-a-generation type of prospect. Even when players like lebron and durant were rookies it would've been pretty hard to justify a 75+ rating. And try not to have too many players over 70+ unless you intend for it to be a strong draft. 5+ players over 70+ is a strong draft, and should be RARE.
- Don't be afraid to have plenty of players rated under 60. Players do improve pretty significantly in 2k12.
- Potential: 74 is the magic number. Any potential over that will basically mean that the player will turn into a star, especially if they're only 19. This is because player potential ratings actually increase from year to year for a player. So try to limit potential being 75+ unless you want the player to become significant in the league. Remember that the point of fictional draft classes is to reduce over-saturation of star players.
- The most significant rating increases are seen between the ages of 19-24.
- The difference between 65 and 75 for potential is HUGE. 25-64 for potential is essentially the same thing. 80-99 is essentially the same thing too. But the difference between 68 and 71 is big. One potential pt can mean the difference between turning into star or not in some cases. run some tests and see for yourself!

ofc, now u can start also in 2006 and if u wait nbatak will release draft class of 2007 and u will be able to play 6 years asso

Yo lovin the roster man but as a Laker fan it doesn't feel right that they are rated 1st and the Clippers are rated as low as they are. Also the Celtics are rated too high. Any chance that this might be changed for the next release?

its 2k fault, team ratings depends on coach rating, as u can see Dumbtoni is overated with A, so Lakers to. Without reeditor we still cant change this rating. But hey, teams ratings did not influence the game, only players ratings which are correct i think.

Please let me know about every issue, missing cfs. Kobe specific younger cf was in 2007/08 to, so its strange.

The lakers team rating is jacked.When will people get the memo that at this moment the lakers are not very good. on the latest official roster the lakers are destroying teams and its not because im not very good. These are cpu vs cpu games. Heck they beat the heat on the road by 15 and they beat memphis on the road like 4 games in the row where as in real life they lost like 7 games in a row and 8 out of 10 of there last games. one thing I have noticed while watching cpu games is that the teams that normally should when in real life win 8 times out of 10. Every bad team but the lakers. I understand on paper they look good but at the latest roster update theres no way they should dominate the heat on the road.
