I'm thinking on doing some previews to introduce the draftees, and come March (in this association), I will be doing some made up recaps on how your draftee's doing in college/March Madness. Your're projections will depend on the points you have spend on you're player....................................................

Although the Celtics have the pieces to make a run, I don't believe they can go all the way. In my opinion, it is time to rebuild.
I'm curious to see the direction you will take with this.
Celts Fire Danny Ainge, Stranger Hired As The New GM
Today the Boston Basketball Partners L.L.C. have surprised the world of basketball , having announced that long time President of Basketball Operations and general manager Danny Ainge has been fired. This move has been incredibly surprising especially since how good the Boston Celtics record has been since 2007, when Danny got the gm spot from Chris Wallace.
Ainge has often been controversial in his role as a Celtics executive, trading popular players such as three-time All-Star Antoine Walker and having personality conflicts with then-head coach Jim O'Brien (which eventually led to O'Brien's departure to the Philadelphia 76ers). However, Ainge kept the support of both the Celtics' ownership group and—perhaps most importantly—legendary former head coach Red Auerbach, who was employed by the team as a "senior assistant" until his death in October 2006.
The 2006–07 Celtics finished with a 24–58 record, second-worst in the team's history. Following the season, Paul Pierce, team captain and face of the franchise, expressed frustration with the team's failures. He requested a trade to a contender if management were unable to acquire veteran talent of Pierce's caliber.Ainge responded with two bold moves that changed the franchise's fortunes almost overnight: the 2007 trades for the Minnesota Timberwolves' Kevin Garnett and the Seattle SuperSonics' Ray Allen immediately returned the Celtics to the ranks of the NBA's elite franchises for the first time since the early 1990s. Together with Pierce, they formed a new "Big Three" and led the Celtics to the NBA's best record (66–16) during the 2007–08 NBA season. It was the most dramatic single-season improvement in league history (42 wins more than the previous year), and it earned Ainge the NBA Executive of the Year award.
Ainge has had his ups and downs with the Boston Celtics, but most of them have been ups. The biggest reason why he has been fired is because the management doesn't thinks he had what it takes to bring this team young again. Despite the signing of Jason Terry, who can be a great sixth man, the signing did not help them get younger at all.
A man by the name of Chris Frazier has taken up the spot of both President of Basketball Operations and general manager. There is not much information about him except that he is the grandson of Knicks great and NBA h.o.f Walt Frazier. Chris also was a coach of a great high school team in New York. Chris is also a bit too young for those big positions at the age of only 27 years old. At a press conference today has already answered a couple of questions but let's go the live right now.Q: "What are you're biggest goals for this year?"
A: "To get younger but at the same time be a playoffs caliber team, and maybe even a championship caliber team but that's far fetched."
Q: "What do you think about you're current roster?"
A: "Our current roster is good no doubt, but were not good enough to be a championship caliber team with this roster and were definitely not a young team, which will probably cause big problems in the the future.
Q: "Ok, last question, what's are you trying to transform this team into to?"
A: " Finally last questions( laughs a bit). Well I'm not exactly trying to make this team fast, athletic or something like that. I believe that height matters, and that it can be a really great advantage in today's NBA and we all also know that it takes defense to win championships. So to put this in couple of words, I'm aiming for a young, tall and defense capable team who at the same time can compete for a championship."
Reporters: "Thanks for you're time."
Chris: " No problem, I'm always free for a couple of questions, but please don't bother to ask any( laughs hard again).
