A modified Settings.STG can open those hidden jersey slots...... (I guess so.)

Unlock All Uniforms Settings File

(I remember that Albys also uses a modified one with his RR1 release.)

no, it will not work. Jao already tell that to me. it's still up to the Roster. try to use older 2K Jersey with that Settings.
