College Hoops 2k11/12 Project

I need some help with the College Hoops 2k11 mod. I bought NBA 2K11 just for this mod but I have no idea how to install the mod itself. I have downloaded it and I have read the tutorial yet I still have no clue what I am doing wrong. If there is anyone willing to "walk me by the hand" through this process, I would appreciate it. Thank you.

I'd recommend looking through the release thread for any additional pointers and posting in there if you're still having problems or need further clarification.

even thought it is for 2K12, it still applies to 2k11 and 2k13. It is all extracting and moving ros and iff files

also, please never email me and post a help thread on the forums, that is very annoying.

Ok guys I moved all the .iff files over and the RIOS files to the save yet when I boot up the game I still have all NBA teams. I watched the tutorial video and I thought I did everything step by step (Obviously I didn't). I understand you guys get this stuff all the time and I am sorry for inconvenience.
