Good win Martti boy. That is what I like to see. I am happy to see a fairly life like performance from your team!

Good victory to start the season off right! Sounds like a broken record, but it was a really like-life win. Hope you can have Harden playing like this all year.

About 30. The guards did all the rebounding, plus Morris and Parsons who had 6 each.

mmm that's what I actually noticed about 2K13 too, little guys are still grabbing way too many rebounds over the bigs (5'9" Isaiah Thomas was getting up there n getting boards over bloody Demarcus Cousins in mine lol). Get the Asik wall more involved!

Art imitates life. Harden's going to be a lot of fun to use.

A tip about guards rebounding: I lower the vertical to around thirty and boost the blocking and rebounding sliders (I think 90 blk, 50 off, 100 def). I think it helps.

I don't mind the guards rebounding, but Asik needs to be more involved. Gotta try that slider adjustment, Asik got those 3 boards in the fourth quarter.

Nice win against the Pistons, and the score doesn't tell you that they provided some resistance. Great game from Harden too, just like in real life! :D

And to all the followers, I hope I can post another update this weekend. I have an assignment at school I need to finish, but I think there's time.

And as for the rookies, I'll include you guys, but I won't bother with a contest. I'll jus keep an eye on who follows and offers good advice and constructive criticism. The best will be in the draft class, that is of course, if you're interested.

LeBron and Wade combine for 67 points as Rockets fall to 5-2

James Harden and Jeremy Lin both had 8 assists in the first half and held a 7-point lead at the half, but Dwyane Wade scored 27 points in the second half to lead the HEAT over the Rockets, 120-112.

The Rockets, who are off to a surprising 5-1 start with wins over the Pistons, Hawks and Grizzlies, jumped out to a quick 17-10 advantage, but behind LeBron, the Heat soon took the lead, 27-26. Carlos Delfino hit a three-pointer with 2 seconds left to regain the lead.

The Rockets managed to maintain a lead, James Harden played a big part with 19 points in the first half.

The Rockets held a 76-66 lead in the third quarter, but Dwyane Wade scored 12 straight points for the visitors to take the lead. LeBron James did his part also with all-around effort on the floor.

The game was still close all throughout the fourth with 9 lead changes in the final 6 minutes. James Harden missed 2 threes in the closing minutes to narrow the gap and Dwyane Wade closed the deal with 6 points in the final 1.26 and Norris Cole closed the book with free throws.

The Rockets will face Hornets next.

Sucks that you lost. You had the lead in the first half. Harden had another great game. Let's hope you keep on winning and at least nag the 4th spot in the West.

I like the trade. Why spoiler? Whatever ... the player you got is a defensive beast and has some potential, whilst the player you lost is crazy (although he can ball). So let's just hope that trade works out well for you. Did you offer the trade?

5-2 is very good btw. Good start. (Y)

Removed the spoiler, there wasn't really a need for it.

Trade checked for Sanders and this was the deal they wanted. Another one was Patterson <=> Sanders, 1st but I don't want to trade Pat just yet.

Meh on Sanders (I'm prob biased since he's a Buck  ) but not like you gave up anything important for him :P 5-2 is a really good record for the Rockets though (Y)

I'm really surprised about the sim results.

And I really liked Sanders, especially since he was drafted by Milwaukee. I hoped he could be a big asset, but he was buried on the bench for the first two years so I kind of lost track of him.

But since he's averaging 12 ppg, 11.7 rpg and 7.3 bpg in his last 3 games, I wanted him on my team. Plus, I could use a tall, athletic back-up C. Now I have a rotation my set.

C - Asik/Sanders
F - Patterson/Morris
F - Parsons/T Jones
G - Harden/Delfino
G - Lin/Douglas

I always use 10-man rotations.

In my D, Lin averages 20 and 10 and Harden averages around 20 per game. I have TO edit their tendencies and ratings. :)

Great job with the simming. As you said - surprising!

Can you sign Yi Jianlian? :)

Harden is averaging 28 for me, leading the league. And I have no use for Yi, don't like him.
