I also thought Cleveland because of the motto; but because of the colors, I'm gonna throw the Warriors into the mix! :cheeky:

Orange, blue, and yellow.... I'm predicting the Thunder since I remembered your Thunder Up! association ended in a bad way.

Sit, hey man. Glad to see you in here. Thank you. :)

dare, (Y) how did you know?

Thierry •, I hate the Warriors' jerseys

Red Mamba, brings back memories. That would be my most successful one. :facepalm2:

Dmastawwe, No.

Martti., Well, Suns have the orange colors, but it doesn't have the red  I do have Suns in my list.

Lamrock, Spot on man. Hope you to follow.

Since I'm not still decided to use NLSCers for the draft, I'll just take note that dare was the first to guess what team will I be using. Once I decided to add players here, I'll just give necessary points.

Still looking for a stable and good rosters, I'm pretty ecstatic using the Cavs, especially Irving. Varejao is beast in real life now, hope I can transcend his performance here. So far, thank you for all the replies. :)

    WEEK ONE (OCT. 30 - NOV. 3)

    -------------------

Irving scores career-high, in Cavaliers win over Wizards

    Image

October 30, 2012 -- Kyrie Irving had a career-high 35 points, on a 15-of-23 shooting to go along with eight assists, six boards
and two steals as the Cavaliers thumped the Wizards 110-84 in their season opener.

The Wizards never tasted a score lead against the home team. Cavaliers got hot in the fourth quarter as they completely
outscored the Wizards, 26-10 en route to the victory.

Dion Waiters, starting his first game since high school, had a brilliant 21 points, converting 3-of-4 treys. Anderson Varejao
had a double-double, 16 points and 11 boards, he also blocked three shots, he injured himself midway the third quarter, though
he's still able to finish the game. Second year forward Tristan Thompson added 10 points despite shooting a poor 3-of-12,
he pulled 12 rebounds in the outing.

Jordan Crawford scored 20 of his 22 points in first half coming off the bench to lead the Wizards, third overall pick Bradley Beal
netted 20 points while John Wall had a decent 15 points and five assists.

Cavs outscored Wizards in the paint, 62-40. While Wizards' bench produced more than the Cavs, 33-16 with Crawford leading the way.

Rose is back, as the Bulls beat the Cavs

    Image

November 2, 2012 -- Star point guard of the Chicago Bulls is back and healthy, Derrick Rose scored 28 points dished seven dimes
and recorded four steals to give the the Cleveland Cavaliers their first loss of the season, 107-97.

Despite missing Joakim Noah to an injury, the Bulls' defense was smothering, forcing Cavaliers to turn the ball over
19 times, with Kyrie Irving committing five of them. He had 27 points and seven assists in the game. Dion Waiters had 21 points and
Anderson Varejao added 15 and seven rebounds for the Cavs, who have dropped 10 straight games to the Bulls.

The Bulls shot 49% percent, scored 50 points in the paint to oust the Cavaliers. All-Star forward Luol Deng had 20 points of his own
while Carlos Boozer scored 11 and grabbed 13 rebounds.

Jennings, Ellis combine for 51 points to blowout the Cavs

    Image

November 3, 2012 -- The Cleveland Cavaliers begin their monster six-game road trip with a loss as they shot a poor 41 percent as
they fall to the Milwaukee Bucks, 111-98, losing two straight games.

Brandon Jennings led the way with his 26 points, he also had eight assists and seven rebounds, Monta Ellis added 25 to trash the Cavs.
Kyrie Irving was their high man, scoring 27 points on a woeful 8-of-22 shooting.

    AROUND THE LEAGUE

    -------------------

Bargnani goes for career best 50 points in a win

    Image
    Andrea Bargnani scored a career-high 50 points on a 18-of-26 shooting, added
10 rebounds as the Raptors roll in the victory over the Pacers, 123-117, in their
    season opener.

It is a one-point shy of a team record that was set by Vince Carter on February 27, 2000.

Warriors' Bogut, out 4-6 weeks with a broken hand

    Image
Warriors should at least wait for a month to see Australian center Andrew Bogut on court.

In a practice game before their season opener against the Phoenix Suns, Bogut broke his
hand and x-rays showed it needs a surgery.

Warriors acquired Bogut from the Milwaukee Bucks in exchange for dynamic guard Monta Ellis
last season, and has not yet to play a game with the Warriors because of never-ending injuries.

Hornets sign Greg Oden to a one-year deal

    Image
The New Orleans Hornets announced the signing of Greg Oden to a one-year, $4.30 million deal.

Oden, 24, was waived by the Portland Trail Blazers last season because of derailing injuries that
keep him sidelined for seasons. Oden is fresh from rehabilitation and looking for a new start by
signing to a different, young team in Hornets.

Oden holds a career averages of 9.4 points, 7.3 rebounds and 1.3 blocks.

I think this was a good first week. Beat the only team you really should have beaten. Irving's doing great. Bogut resembles RL ;)

Would it be fair to say that the 10 rebounds was more impressive than the 50 points for Bargnani? :P

How I wish Rose is injured in the game. Damn, he's unstoppable. Sucks for Bogut, one of my liked centers in the league.

Well, that's another thing to ponder. He had 13 boards in his second game.

(1-2) CLEVELAND CAVALIERS AT (3-0) LOS ANGELES CLIPPERS

    -------------------

    Clippers outlast Cavaliers, remain unbeaten

    Image

November 5, 2012 -- The Cleveland Cavaliers shot better on the floor than the Los Angeles Clippers, but the home team
used a balanced scoring to give the Cavs their third straight loss, 105-99.

Six Clipper normed double figures, with veteran Chauncey Billups leading the way with his 19 points in just 18 minutes
of playing time for the Clippers, to extend their perfection. Blake Griffin struggled all game long, as he only made 7 of his 23
shot attempts en route to 18 points, along with 15 rebounds and four assists. But he converted clutch free throws to seal
the win in the closing minutes of the game. Caron Butler had 16 of his own, Grant Hill went perfect in the field, 4-of-4 to finish
15 points. Chris Paul had his usual all-around performance by his 13 points, nine rebounds and seven assists.

Kyrie Irving had 20 points and six assists for the Cavs, who shot a poor 4-of-20 from outside the arc. Daniel Gibson added
15 off the bench while rookie Dion Waiters took 11 shot attempts but only finished with 12.

The Cavaliers will now look to bounce back as they will face the Golden State Warriors in their next game at road, third of
    their six scheduled road games.

Image

    AROUND THE LEAGUE

    -------------------

Andrew Bynum gets $71M extension with Sixers

    Image

Andrew Bynum has agreed to a four-year, $71.12 million contract extension with the Philadelphia 76ers.

Bynum, 25, was acquired by the Sixers in a four-team trade where the main features are Andre Iguoadala going to the Nuggets
and Dwight Howard going to the Lakers. November 7 was the deadline for teams to agree to contract extension with players
taken in the first round of 2009 draft.

The big man has been healthy this season, though averaging a normal 16.7 points, 9.3 boards and a league-leading 2.7 blocks
for the Sixers. They have not yet won a single game though, losing all their three games so far.

    Shooting Studs

    Image
    Grant Hill, Clippers - 15 points, 4-4 FG, 2-2 3PT, 5-7 FT | 105-99 win vs. Cavaliers

    Image
DeJuan Blair, Spurs - 34 points, 13-17 FG, 8-10 FT | 103-102 win vs. Pacers

    Shooting Duds

    Image
Marc Gasol, Grizzlies - 8 points, 3-14 FG | 111-96 loss vs Jazz

    Image
    Andrei Kirilenko, Timberwolves - 5 points, 1-7 FG, 0-3 3PT | 106-90 loss vs Nets

    Stat Sheet Stuffer

    Image

Completely healed from his ankle injuries, Stephen Curry dazzled and flirted with a quadruple-double
18 points, 10 rebounds, eight assists, and a career-best seven steals in a 94-87 win over the Sacramento Kings,
    improving their record at 3-1.

    Upset of the Night

    Image

When the Phoenix Suns visited the Miami Heat at their home, they certainly have the swagger that they can beat
the defending champions, especially with two of their Big Three is out, in Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh.

And yes they did. Goran Dragic led the new-looking Suns by his 20 points, seven assists and five rebounds in a 95-87 win
over the Heat. Adding more insult to the loss, LeBron James injured himself too in just 11 minutes of playing time and never
came back. Mike Miller stepped up for the Heat by exploding with 32 points, draining 6-of-10 in three point land, unfortunately,
he was the only Heat who reached double figures.

Why is it that either one of DWade or Bosh is injured or both of them in every Association? Same thing also happened to mine.
