how do you guys make video clips ? i have Fraps and am about to attempt to make a highlight reel myself

Fraps is good to record video clips of replays and stuff. But you'll want to use proper video editing software to edit the clips together and add music and whatnot. I used to use fraps with an app called "Vegas" to bring them all together and add transitions. But it's been ages since i've done a reel myself. I'm also curious what the kids today use.

What video capture program does everyone use? I haven't attempted to make videos since using Fraps back in the day, but that runs like crap now. What do you use Jao?

Fraps, lol. The best tip is to record to a different harddrive but dxtory has been the alternative of choice.

You could always just use the in-game facilities and then the youtube mixing feature and never have to deal with game capture software.

to do that, save a replay, Feautures, view/share media or something like that. Load replay, go into Left stick menu for exiting/uploading.

I saw your video yesterday Andrew, first time I had seen that. Eariler tonight I was in shootaround looking for a shot for my guy and had it happen to me, I even had time to pick up another ball and shoot it, it swished (went right through the first ball) and then the one circling the rim finally fell through.

That's the longest I've seen it roll around the rim, so I was glad I managed to get it. Yours would've been pretty cool to see, too.
