NBA 2K13 Association budget cheat??

Hi I've been searching online some sort of trainer or some addresses to use (Cheat Engine) to increase the team salary cap, but just hadn't had any luck. I've seen a trainer but couldn't download it. It takes me to some external link, and then tells me to do a survey. I was hoping that if someone has that trainer then can you please attatch it so I can download it. Or if you have the addresses in to be used in Cheat engine that that would be really great to share!!!

When REDitor (non free version) finally works with NBA2K13 you can edit player contracts to allow players to become more affordable.
But I'm not aware of any cheats to increase the cap itself.

Sorry, I found it. It's a trainer made by Roji. We have more than $300 M to spend. Fuck yeah!!
