BSOD Help

Can anyone help me with this? I thought the invisible net/bsod was a 2k bug. Then I rolled back the drivers of my 9800gt video card to 296. The problem remained. Now I reformatted my PC and installed a new fresh copy of Win7. But I still got the BSODs.
Now, does anyone here know if my BSODs were caused by my processor or my video card? Or the OS itself? Below is the dump file.
