uniform lighting/shading

Hi,

is it possible to Hex-Edit the jerseys in NBA 2K13 like in NBA 2K12 like it is shown in this forum: viewtopic.php?f=144&t=83690?
I tried Leftos shading tool but as expected it didn't work, so I would like to know if it is manually editable and which values has to be edited!
