Hello l am having an issue with my online i have bought the game and everything and when i do the date of birth, cd-key user etc..
its says you must be signed in to access this features
any help?

You can check out one of the threads discussing online issues in the main NBA 2K13 section, but when problems like this arise it's usually best to contact 2K Support directly.
