2K Contact Directory

Thu Oct 25, 2012 2:03 am

If you know any contact info of any 2k employees that deal with NBA 2K post them here. I've chatted with Ronnie on a few 2K streams on TwitchTV and Chris Manning on twitter. They are listening to us, I think it's very important to keep pressing them with the important issues of the game. My main focus is the Art and Authenticity in NBA 2k, especially since I play on the console way more.

I want to get as much of the team members from NBA 2k on here so we know who does what and how to contact them personally. I only know the two main guys.

Chris Manning (Social Media Coordinator) - @LD2K

They need to come up with some sort of 'Expansion' for the PC version. I'd throw $30 at if they'd include the DLC content and the MyPlayer Closet, etc. I know, I know.. not gonna happen.

Why is the closet appealing at all? A generic suit with different color combinations for jacket/pants, shirt, and the tie are more than enough clothing options for a basketball game.

I think it's more the principle of the thing for most people. It was a much talked about feature that was ultimately stripped from the PC version, so I think it's more a case of "It'd be nice to have the option" rather than "That's the most awesome thing ever, we absolutely must have it!". As far as its importance to the game, I'd say it's relatively minor but it's a decent "bells and whistles" feature for the immersion of the experience.

I share the principle, but I wouldn't throw an extra cent for clothing options and the ASW mode. People seem to be disappointed with the wrong things.

The lack of the All-Star Weekend is certainly worse, not only for PC users but also console users who didn't happen to pre-order the game. As we've discussed many times before, that should be a core feature of the game, no a pre-order bonus.

I was on the phone with 2K support about my PC connection issue and they thought that the pc modders unlocked All Star Weekend. I had to correct him, but I bet they still think we unlocked it.
