3DM Mod Tool Has stopped working!!!

Everytime I try to open up the 3DM Mod tool V 0.4.38 I get the message box the it has stopped working. What am I doing wrong?

there is none, just make sure you got the latest Java installed and such from viewtopic.php?f=144&t=82787#p1436369

i have the latest java and stil the program wont open eny other idea what could be wrong or missing??
