Questions belong in the Patching Help section.
Open your MyCareer save with my Roster Editor, find your player's ID (should be 1035), edit his Portrait ID and assign whichever you want. On how to import a photo to the portraits file, I have no idea, someone else will have to help. Maybe the Tutorials section?
