How to get stars in NBA 2k13 blacktop?

I have been trying to get stars for Blacktop but i cannot see what I really should do...I saw that every player is there but you buy them with VC..I cannot get VC because I am not connected online!Is there any solve for this problem?

well then if you can't go online with your game then you either have two problems

1) you don't have an internet connection
2) you have an illegal downloaded copy of the game that doesn't allow you to connect to the 2K servers because it detects the version not being valid


since you're posting online right now obviously it's #2, so in that case you need to stop insulting our intelligence and just leave, it's somewhat of a rule here not to discuss illegal versions of the game which you obviously have.

I'm not gonna defend the OP, but it is quite possible that the OP has an Xbox 360 and not have Xbox Live Gold. Just saying.

MyTeam is not an Xbox Live Gold only feature. Despite popular belief, silver members can connect online, have friends, buy DLC, etc.

I have a legit PC copy from Amazon and it won't even give me the opportunity to go online. I put in my key and all my info and it just says "you have to be signed in to use that feature." But never lets me sign in.

Makes me sad.

If you're playing the PC version, then that's your answer. The PC version doesn't have VC, VC must be used to unlock stars in the Blacktop mode. Therefore, we currently cannot unlock stars in Blacktop on the PC. We'll either have to find a way to unlock them manually (no luck as yet) or 2K will need to address the issue in a patch for the PC version (probably wishful thinking).

It appears as though some progress has been made here. You might want to check out some of the newly released rosters with the star players unlocked for Blacktop.
