This is the FXAA Tool with my custom settings. It is a Graphics Enhancer/Color Corrector and adds a lot of things I think improve the looks of the in-game graphics. I like it much better than ENB because it has no to little impact on FPS. No other Mods are running just the FXAA.
Use the ingame Anti-Alaising/ if you have AA off in-game because of performance simply open the FXAA Tool and click the box allowing the FXAA Anti-Alaising.
I would highly recommend overriding in game AA with the graphics control panel Nvidia/ATI under game profiles. I noticed a difference of around 25-30 frames in game benchmark when I was running (in Nvidia Control Panel)
SLI 8x with 8x SuperSample compared to in game AA settings 8x at 3 quality
Here is Version 1 https://rapidshare.com/files/4033574196 ... 3_FXAA.zip*10-9-12* Here is Version 2 I think overall version 2 looks better. White players look a lot better and I disabled technicolor, reds look much better now. A few other changes so try it out and see what you think.

another very good enb alternative that is similar to FXAA is the SweetFX package, which I've been using (google it)

You might have another d3d9 dll file causing it, especially if you were running an enb type previously.
Just go back and re-copy the files from the FXAA folder and re-paste in your NBA2k13 folder and while their highlighted (after Pasting, overwriting) hit delete. go through and see if you have some more d3d9 dll files in your NBA2k13 folder if so delete it, then reinstall the FXAA files. See if that solves it.

Perhaps it might be your firewall settings. I know after I download a mod I scan it then in properties I click unblock, before unzipping it.

/Something looks off for me. Like its too dark or and too saturated? Not sure...i try changing my tv settings to standard, vivid, game, etc but none of them look right. Do i have to adjust the colors on my nvidia settings and tell it to use nvidia settings instead of lg tv settings?
Edit:after another looksie, all my reds are pinkish now, i think thats what looks weird

Maybe due to differences in Monitors, I have a Dell U27 and have it on Mode: Graphics, Preset Modes: Game. Nvidia Control Panel Color & Saturation at default.
You can tweak it by opening FXAA_Tool while in game and adjusting a few things to your liking. I would suggest if it's too dark up the Gamma a bit or if it's too saturated play with the technicolor maybe upping Technicolor Amount to something like 2. Play around with it too see what you prefer.
***Okay I just read where you said the reds look a little pinkish. Try disabling technicolor by unclicking the box under technicolor tab or adjust the red up a little bit a click or two.***

I don't know why that is maybe your Firewall's blocking it. Maybe when you downloaded the file you didn't unblock it in properties before unzipping it.

In your NBA2k13 folder you should have a FXAA_Tool application just open it . Play around with it and compare in game when you get it where you like it
hit the save button (lower right corner).

nah no firewall..its okay, i set the nvidia option to use nvidia settings indstead of my tv and it looks a lot better, i just gotta adjust the brightness now bc it seems to be too bright and the white guys or guys with light skin glow too much..otherwise the courts and dark people look great

As soon as I delete the d3d9 it starts working. Should I use a d3d9 from another photomod?
Mon Oct 08, 2012 7:26 am
Just tried it. In my opinion, its a bit too dark and give this kinda vintage feel to it (colors and brightness should be a bit higher). In terms of crispness its as good as it gets

, but in my opinion that darkness/vintage effect does not make the overall image look that good. I would suggest that you check out Crystal Clear Photo Mod (
viewtopic.php?f=149&t=87988) and try perfecting that image.
By the way, rim and net looks really really good with this! Just love to look at the rim/ball going through it
