stupid saved game problem again.......

Fri Dec 27, 2002 9:58 am

argh...i hate this stupid problem...i got the infamous "insufficient disk space" when i try to save my game when I have 40 gigs free.
i just got the msg today..anybody know the fix?

i searched for this problem..and i've tried deleting the files in My Documents as people suggested..but still no fix.

So far these are the other alternatives I've tried:
1) Reinstalled the game a billion times and killing all my registry editings with nba live 2003...nothing.
2) Reinstalled the game but picked a different setting when asked whether I want a minimum/medium/full install....and surprisingly..this DID work...but only when I pick something other than full install..which is what I prefer.
3) Reinstalled in a different partition...once again..this DID work..BUT I don't want it there since I keep work and games on different partitions..so this I don't like either..(yes I know I'm picky)

Anybody know why or how to fix this stupid problem? Is this a real documented problem according to EA?..anybody??

err...harsh messed..
i also tried something just now.
I installed the game in a partition where i CAN save my games (E:)
then i cut and pasted the whole game onto the partition where i CANNOT save my games (D:)..and bam..doesn't work again.
BUT the moment i move it back to E: it works again
stupid game
seems like a partition dependent problem?..
anybody know what's going on?

I get this damn message also when I install new programs. But once I delete them I suddenly have enough disk space. If you can find a fix let me know. But for now i guess ill just have to install on a different partition.
