Hex Editing Shoe texture size

easiest way is to download one of the HD shoes, and just import in your textures into that iff file

Yeah but when you enlarge the texture it become blurry.

well, that's why you gotta make a hi-res texture. doubling the resolution in the iff file won't make that HD automatically.
