setting,option,roster initialization

hi guys, I have a problem. setting,option,roster is not saved after 1.01 patch. so, every time I run game, I set option,setting and load modding roster . please help me.
this issue is not in general 2k12 FAQ.

it is a changing setting in setting screen.

but actually, changing setting is not applied in game screen.
