2k12 Problem (sound and freeze on loading screen)

Hi guys! I'm new on 2k12 game. Everything is allright. I play the game well but there is no sounds. Why is it? I already tried the possible solutions for it that i found in the net, but i'm unfortunate. No luck.

2nd problem is, everytime I chose Dallas or Miami as my team, it kinda freezes in loading. The "Loading" symbol keeps on blinking but it will never get you in game. I already waited for more than 2 hours but still it will only show me the loading screen.

update on my problem:

Now i know whats the cause of the prob. Its about the team Dallas. Everytime a chose DALLAs as my team or will be my opponent, it will not let me get on the game. Ive tried re-installing it but no lack.
