Complete Newb Q (dont be mean)

To start:
I have the game but never play online. I play against 3 friends once a wk all together. We each pick 2 teams with "fantasy rosters" in a snake draft (basically trading existing 76ers, Bobcats, etc... for whomever we choose). Ever since the Legends Update, we can now add older players as well which is FANtastic. (example: Jordan, CP3, Ewing, Kemp, Gay would be on same team)
Now, I just realized that the 01 Kings and 91 Warriors are in the game, but I never unlocked them.

So firstly, I am clueless as to how to get them in the game and am hoping someone can help me. I have only downloaded one team before and it was pretty sketchy. What I sorta understand is that 2K themselves released the teams so they are legit.
And secondly, once I am able to add these teams, would you know if I can trade players to other teams? With the lack of PFs in their prime, CWebb would be a godsend. I would love to try Tim Hardaway and Mully too!!!

2K did give out codes with some early releases of the game...but some people (hi) didn't get them, and the PC version didn't get them at all.

On the PC, we can use a roster editor or settings file to unlock them. While the roster editor now works for the 360, you might want to use the settings file instead - Unlock All Teams Xbox 360 Settings & USB Modkit

And, if you are on the PS3, there is nothing you can do without an official code.

I'm on PS3, I guess I'm SOL.
I actually bought the game on day 1 too, but I would never pre-order with the gamestop near my house because they are so unreliable...

there is not, the PS3 is truly limited to what you can get in-game and through 2Kshare
