Graphics glitch xbox 360

For some reason, everytime i play the game, the players in the NBA today games are completely white and the strips are white, this also happens when i got to make a player and make a team. anyone know how to solve this problem.

Completely white like they have no textures? What are these "strips" you are referring to? It sounds like the game is not loading the textures properly. Have you tried installing the game to the hard drive? Maybe the disc has a scratch on it.

The game is downloaded to my hard drive and i downloaded it from the marketplace ( but thats not the problem as i had the game on disc as well and the problem still occurred) the strips that im talking about is the clothes the players are wearing in the menu and the creating section and they are completely white apart from the numbers and name.

have you allowed the game to connect to the internet and download all the online data?

maybe goto your saves and delete the online data save and redownload
