That's with my global + your shadow mod + the hex edit patch I made which should make my global exactly like yours but that failed. It's not a matter of global compatibility, it's a matter of getting all your edits from your global to other globals, and that would only work if you, for example, edited the very default 2K global without applying any mods, shadow mods or whatever. Just starting from that default global, then applying the shadow mod and doing your hex-edits, just that. That should give us ALL the edits you've made and should make for a good binary patch that should work with all globals.
Again, problem is, changes made to a pre-patch global won't work in a post-patch global due to the difference in off-sets. But I guess since most globals are pre-patch, maybe you should do a pre-patch edit first.
So, in short, if we're to make a good binary patch that will work with any pre-patch global, grab NBA 2K12's default pre-patch global, don't apply any mods to it, and only do the shadow-related changes: shadow mod and hex-edits. Then we can get a good before-after comparison that will apply all your edits to any global.
