For Windows 7 users you can type %appdata% in your Start Menu's search bar and press enter. It will take you to your Roaming folder and then you can click 2K Sports and NBA 2K12.
Can't find this folder anymore since I reformatted my PC and reinstalled NBA2K12. Before I'm running Windows7 32Bit, and I have no problem with my SAVE FOLDER. But when I reformatted my OS to Windows7 64Bit, can'f find the folder anymore.. Need help please.. Thanks.

its in the same place, 32 vs 64 bit does not change the folder
C:\Users\JaoSming\AppData\Roaming\2K Sports\NBA 2K12\Saves

AppData is by default a hidden folder. You'll need to go into the Folder Options and check 'show hidden files and folders' to see it, which is probably what changed when you reinstalled.

searching for %appdata% I thought bypassed that though.
still, wouldn't hurt to do that though

Thanks for the reply.. But I tried that already and still can't find the folder. Maybe this is because of my OS, I think I should reformat it again..

why don't you do a file search for a saved game file? Or for the folder "Online Data"

This is what I'm getting after I create my account in NBA2K12.. I already reinstalled my OS, and reinstalled the game and still can't find my Save Folder..

That happens to me when NBA 2K12 autoruns after putting in the disc. If the disc is already in the drive and I launch from the desktop or Start Menu icon, it all works fine.

If that's what he meant. Then its just the same. I also RUN AS ADMIN but nothing happens.. Can't play Association, or MP Mode.. and Can't even save my Profile because of that error in the picture above..

Can someone help me with this? I really want to play again..

Maybe the characters in your Windows Username are messing with the game. Try creating a separate Windows User with only latin characters (e.g. John instead of Jòn).

I already change my User Account name from Migs™ to Migs.. But when I type %appdata% the user's folder name is still in Migs™ although I already change it to Migs.. Does it matter? Because I reinstalled again the game and it's still the same..

The game doesn't seem to be able to find your saves folder, either. Try creating a new user folder called Migs\appdata\roaming and see what happens when you launch the game.

Glad you already solved Hooray!

|Migs, I didn't get here early enough to tell you that renaming the Windows account doesn't rename the folder that the user files are in; you need to create a new account for that. But you figured that one out.
