Shoe patch not effective on saved season

Guys
I install shoe patches which are effective on my default roster,but when I load my season there are no shoes,aside the default one.
Why?

because the roster does not control what is going on in existing seasons. It is possible that the same player in that season is assigned a different shoe. Go into edit player and assign the proper shoe to the player you want updated while in the season mode.

Sorry for askisg again, but how am I going to do that?New shoes are not available there.What I mean is that if I
enter edit player in my season mode, the news shoes are nowhere to be found.
